During an emergency, the victim may press the button for instant communication with an ADT professional via 2-way voice communication. If you are immobilized due to an injury or fall, ADT’s dispatchers can contact the appropriate emergency personnel. Don’t worry about reaching the telephone! Just stay calm, help will be on the way.
